Once you have told us the printers you use we will provide only the necessary
cartridges to meet your needs. If a machine becomes obsolete any remaining stock
will simply be removed – and as you haven’t used it – you don’t pay for it!
If you have an Inkwell remanufactured cartridge that fails in any way, we will
replace it immediately without any complicated RMA forms to fill in and without
making you try various procedures to make it work. Our criteria for judging
if a cartridge has failed is – if you say it has.
We will return it to our remanufacturing partner who will give us an engineering
report on the cause of the failure and the steps that they are taking to make
sure it won’t happen again. If you report a faulty cartridge to us, we will
send a replacement out straight away and arrange for the faulty one to be collected.
If you do a stock check before the replacement arrives, don’t count it as used
and that way we will not invoice you for it. As you don’t pay for cartridges
until you use them, effectively, you will never own a faulty cartridge – they
will always belong to us! And all you have to do is tell us it has failed.

Save waste by using recycled cartridges
You can save waste with Inkwell by recycling even if we only provide you with
original manufacturers cartridges . We will provide you with a recycling box
for your used cartridges, When it is full, call the number on the box we will
have it collected and deliver a new one. You can be effortlessly green – we
do all of the work!
